The room was very clean it has a shower small bath.. plenty of tea and ☕️

Just an overnight stay for us and the room was lovely. The bed was super comfortable

The room was huge and clean, bed was massive, it felt very clean and safe. The bathroom had a bath. Staff had made my bed up on the second day. Reception staff were so lovely, accommodating and patient and that really helped when I’d had a bad week up to that point. Will definitely book again and try the buffet breakfast!

Ease of access, parking, knowledgeable, friendly and well presented staff. Breakfast Sunday morning was was excellent quality and the gentleman running the restaurant is a rare gem and exceptionally professional. The restaurant was overseen with efficiency and professional. The gentleman possibly wasn’t aware that I was disabled but assisted me with calling the lift when my hands were full. He was very busy but still took the time to go the extra distance to assist. This kind of service and enthusiasm is hard to find in any industry.

The location was excellent and the staff were lovely to deal with. There was an issue with the room keys/door to our room and the staff were very helpful and switched our room and fixed the issue quickly. The room was lovely and the facilities were great! The location was perfect for what we needed and the parking situation was easy to organise.
